ENNIA is the largest and most successful full-service insurer in Curaçao, Aruba, Bonaire and St. Maarten. Approximately 180 people are employed at ENNIA in an informal, yet professional manner

Job application
Applying for a position at ENNIA is a fast and efficient process. You will know within two weeks if you have been hired. The following is the standard procedure when applying:

  • You present your application letter, including your motivation and résumé.
  • E-mail your application letter to ENNIA, to the attention of Angelique Lanoy - Leito, HRM Manager .
  • We select a number of candidates from the applications received.
  • We invite you for an initial interview.
  • The initial interview takes place with the HRM Manager. In some cases, your future supervisor also attends the interview.
  • If the initial interview is positive, you will be invited back for a second interview.
  • The second interview takes place with future colleagues, or, if you are applying for a management position, with senior management.
  • If ENNIA decides to proceed, we let you know as soon as possible.
  • We will invite you to discuss details such as salary, start date and other relevant matters. Living and working on Curacao.
