For fast and efficient assistance it is important to provide the following details very clearly:

* your family name and given names
* your ENNIA insurance policy number
* your location (address and telephone number where we can reach you)

Loss or theft of luggage
Always report loss or theft of luggage to the local police. If you do not speak the language, ask someone to escort you (e.g. travel guide, hotel management, airline staff, etc.). Always ask for written evidence of a police report. Badly damaged items should be retained until after your claim has been processed.

Reporting your claim
For effective claims handling it is important to report the damage as soon as possible to ENNIA or your independent insurance adviser. You can complete a claim form when you report the incident.
